Client records are stored securely using Halaxy, a HIPAA and Australian Privacy Act compliant practice management platform. All records are password protected and accessed only by your treating clinician.

Paper records, if any, are stored in a secure, locked location and disposed of appropriately when no longer required.

When you submit an enquiry through this website, the information you provide is transmitted securely and used solely to respond to your enquiry. This website is hosted on Squarespace, which maintains its own privacy and security standards. No sensitive clinical information should be submitted via the contact form.

  • Request corrections to inaccurate or outdated information
